Step 1: Say Hi
Slide into our inbox and tell us everything….your date, your vibe, your wildest dreams. The more we know, the more magic we can make.
Step 2: Mood Board Magic
We’ll take your inspo (Pinterest, photos, colour swatches, even chaotic voice notes welcome) and spin it into a dreamy design direction that feels so authentically you.
Step 3: Design Time
Now we get to work! We’ll sketch, design, obsess over details, and send you the goods to review. Two round of tweaks is all part of the fun.
Step 4: Approve + Pop the Champagne
Love it? Say the word, and we’ll lock it in. Your sign-off means it’s go time in the studio.
Step 5: Pack It Pretty
We carefully wrap up your one-of-a-kind pieces (with love, obviously) and send them off to arrive safely at your door — ready to party.

ORDER SAVE THE DATES
When to order: 8–12 months before the big day
Send out: 6–12 months out (especially important for destination weddings or peak seasons!)
Why it matters: Gives your guests a heads-up so they can mark their calendars, book flights, and start the group chat.
Hot tip: Not sure on every detail yet? Keep it simple with just the essentials — names, date, and location.
ORDER INVITATIONS
When to order: 6–8 months before your event
Send out: 2–4 months out
Why it matters: This is the real deal — your main event info! It includes RSVP details, timelines, dress code, and any extra bits like accommodation or transport info.
Hot tip: Want to include RSVP cards or wedding websites? We’ve got all the pretty (and practical) options to make replying easy.
ORDER ON THE DAY ITEMS
When to order: 2 - 4 months before your event (earlier is fab, but we can work to your timeline!)

Custom signage (bar menus, vow books, anything you dream up)
